ABOUT THE KEEP USF FAIR COALITION
The Keep USF Fair Coalition's goal is to make sure the FCC and Congress do not change the current methodology to calculate your phone taxes to a flat fee system, where all consumers would pay the same amount regardless of usage.

VIRGINIA: Are You Ready to Pay $9M More in Phone Taxes?

Read Our Virginia Ad
Big phone companies and some in Congress want to change the federal "Universal Service Fund" fee on your phone bill from a percentage of long-distance use to a flat monthly fee. That means more taxes for you and other consumers in Virginia. Today, Virginia consumers are already paying roughly $172 million into the USF. Under the proposed changes, you and other consumers will pay a minimum of $9 million more than you do now!
